freelance editing & proof-reading (per item)
- in-house (at your offices, currently only available in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia): $40 per hour
- at our premises: $50 per hour (material can be handled in InDesign CS2, QuarkXPress 6.5 or PDFs; proofs can be returned as PDFs)
magazine editing (entire issue)
- development and planning: $230 per day*
- in-house production of one-off title: $250 per day* (Melbourne, Sydney only)
- holiday relief for existing ongoing title: $230 per day* (Melbourne, Sydney only)
web sites
- Freelance work attracts standard rates (see above).
- Full site production: Price on application. Includes writing, editorial, HTML markup within pre-designed templates, HTML troubleshooting, liaison with advertising teams, readership management and weekly reports. Per week text expectations will be negotiated at contract stage and may attract additional per word costs. Additional text will be charged at 60¢ per word
- Additional hours for marketing consultancy, design liaison, promotional material and sundries will be charged at $45 per hour

- Price on application.
* A day is considered to be 7.5 hours. Overtime shall be charged at time-and-a-half based on the standard per hour rate for freelance editing unless otherwise negotiated prior to commencement of work.
